摘  要:以鲫鱼为研究对象,采用静水染毒法,设对照组和试验组(镉质量浓度0.05 mg/L,0.5 mg/L,5 mg/L)静养10 d,硝酸银染色方法显示鲫鱼胃肠道嗜银细胞,探讨了镉对鲫鱼胃肠道嗜银细胞密度的影响。结果表明,镉对鲫鱼前肠和中肠嗜银细胞数目有明显影响,表现在0.05 mg/L,0.5 mg/L浓度时前肠和中肠嗜银细胞数目明显增加,5 mg/L浓度时则减少;镉对鲫鱼后肠嗜银细胞的影响较小。The silver staining method was used for detecting the effect of cadmium on the density of gastrointestinal argyrophil cell. Our test was set control and experimental groups (the density of cadmium was 0.05 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 5 mg/L respectively). The four groups were all feed 10 days. And then, we observed the number distribution of gastrointestinal argyrophil cell using the silver staining method. Our results indicated that the effect of cadmium on the number of argyrophil cell in the foregut and midgut was obvious. The number of argyrophil cell was obviously increased in the foregut and midgut when the density of cadmium was 0.05 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L, but that was decreased when the density of cadmium was 5 mg/L. However, the effect of cadmium on the number of hindgut argyrophil cell was less.
