摘  要:测定8个不同类型春小麦品种的品质指标,研究不同年份各品种品质性状的变化特点。结果表明,所有品质性状在年份间和品种间的差异均达显著(P<0.05)或极显著水平(P<0.01);除蛋白质含量、延伸度外,在年份×基因型互作影响下,其他各品质性状也均达到显著(P<0.05)或极显著差异水平(P<0.01);两年度面团流变特性变异系数都较大,并且大部分指标的变异系数均超过10%,说明基因型对面团流变特性起主要影响作用;不同春小麦品种各品质指标基本表现为2010年大于2011年,不同品种在不同年份品质指标的稳定性存在差异。通过双重筛选逐步回归进一步分析开花至成熟期间主要气象因子对蛋白质品质的影响,表明不同蛋白质品质性状受不同气象因子影响。沉降值、面团形成时间、面团稳定时间、评价值和拉伸面积的回归方程均达到极显著或显著相关,其相关系数分别为0.791 6、0.840 8、0.917 1、0.896 0和0.940 2。Eight types of spring wheat cultivars were selected and the characteristics of quality parameter changing of different spring wheat cultivars were studied by testing quality index.The aim of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for quality improvement of spring wheat in Xinjiang and screen out some suitable spring wheat cultivars to this area initially.The results indicated that the difference of all quality characters was significant(P0.05 or P0.01) among years and genotypes.With the effect of years × genotype,the difference of the quality characters was also significant(P0.05 or P0.01) except protein content and extensibility.The coefficient of variation of the rheological parameters was big which indicated the rheological parameters were mainly affected by genotype.The quality indexes value of different spring wheat cultivars in 2010 was higher than that in 2011.The stability of quality indexes showed some differences among different cultivars in different years.The stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of climatic factors on protein quality characteristics from flowering to mature.The results showed different quality indexes were affected by different climatic factors.The regression equations of sedimentation value,development time,stability time,farinograph quality number and extension area were shown highly significant or significant correlation,and the correlation coefficients were 0.791 6,0.840 8,0.917 1,0.896 0 and 0.940 2 respectively.
