摘  要:以较耐贮油桃品种"中油四号"和不耐贮油桃"燕红12"为试材,研究采后贮藏期间果实硬度、乙烯释放速率、膜脂过氧化及活性氧清除代谢相关酶活性的变化差异。结果表明,耐贮藏的"中油四号"桃果实在贮藏前期果实硬度保持稳定,LOX活性低且MDA含量较稳定,而不耐贮藏的"燕红12"在贮藏初期硬度便迅速下降;整个贮藏期间,不耐贮藏的"燕红12"果实的LOX活性和MDA含量明显高于"中油四号",而其果实内SOD和POD活性整体也高于"中油四号"。Different storage properties of peach cultivars "Zhongyou 4 " and "Yanhong 12" were used to investigate the changes of fruit firmness,the rate of ethylene release,membrane lipid per-oxidation and active oxygen metabolism related enzymes after harvest.The results showed that the hardness of "Zhongyou 4" fruits which had a long shelf life stayed stable in the earlier stage after harvest,with low LOX activity and stable content of MDA.While the firmness of " Yanhong 12" fruit decreased fast in the early stage.During the whole duration of storage,the activities of LOX and MDA in "Yanhong 12" fruits were obviously higher than "Zhongyou 4",the average activities of SOD and POD had the same trend.
