摘  要:为探明自然条件下菊花与AM真菌共生关系及其季节性变化规律,于2010年7月-2011年6月,每月连续从河北省安国市药材种植基地采集菊花根围土样,分析AM真菌定殖情况以及与土壤因子相关性。结果表明,菊花根系能与AM真菌形成良好的Ⅰ型菌根共生体,AM真菌定殖和分布具有明显的季节变化规律,并与土壤因子密切相关。AM真菌定殖率和孢子密度夏、秋季显著高于冬季。总球囊霉素平均含量为1.95mg.g-1,与土壤有机C和N平均含量比为25.5%和15.4%,冬季含量显著高于夏、秋季。相关性分析表明,孢子密度和总定殖率与土壤有机C、速效P和碱解N极显著正相关;球囊霉素与孢子密度、总定殖率、有机C和碱解N极显著正相关。通径分析表明,土壤有机C和碱解N对球囊霉素有直接作用,而pH通过有机C对球囊霉素起间接作用,说明球囊霉素是菊花根围土壤有机C和N的重要来源。In order to study the symbiotic relationship between AM fungi and medicinal plants,and the changes among seasons.We collected the soil samples from the rhizosphere of Dendranthema morifolium at Jidi Anguo city in Hebei province from July 2010 to June 2011 each month,AM fungi colonization and the relationship between AM fungi and soil factors were analyzed.The results showed that a good Intermediate-type mycorrhiza was formed between AM fungi and Dendranthema morifolium.AM fungi colonization had a significant temporal dynamics,and related with soil factors.The colonization and spore density of AM fungi were significantly higher in summer and autumn than that in winter.The average of total extractable glomalin(TG) was 1.95 mg·g-1,and the average percentage of the C and N content in TG with soil organic C and N were 25.5% and 15.4%,respectively.Glomalin content in winter was significantly higher than that in summer and autumn.Correlation analysis showed that total colonization and spore density had a significantly positive correlation with soil organic C,available P and alkaline N.Glomalin had a significantly positive correlation with spore density,total colonization,soil organic C and alkaline N.Path analysis showed that soil organic C and alkaline N were worked on glomalin directly,and pH worked on glomalin by soil organic C,so glomalin is the major source of soil organic C and N.
