摘　　要：江苏作为近现代中国工业化的重要发祥地,在近现代工业发展的过程中,创造了丰富的工业文化,成为工业企业发展的精神资源,在其创始、延续、转型、重生的过程中,滋养着近代工业企业发展,并在地域内外都扩大了影响,且与今天的产业发展有着渊源关系,也是文化强省建设的重要资源,对于文化创意产业的发展,具有不可或缺的启迪意义。During the development of modern industry,Jiangsu, as the important birthplace of modern China＇s industrialization, creates abundant industrial culture which becomes the important spiritual re- sources of enterprise development. In the process of initiation, continuation, transformation and rebirth, these cultures nourish the enterprise development of modern times, have great influences around China, and have original relation to the present development of industry. Meanwhile, they are also important resources of the construction of cultural province and make indispensable, open and enlightening sense for the devel- opment of culturally creative industry.
