晋察冀首府张家口是延安精神和西柏坡精神的连接点

摘　　要：晋察冀首府张家口时期对延安精神向全国的传播起到了重要作用,为西柏坡精神的形成提供了先期实践,是延安精神和西柏坡精神之间的重要连接点。表现在:晋察冀首府张家口时期的民主政治样式,是延安精神传播的政治形态;晋察冀首府张家口时期革命文化兴起,是延安精神传播的文化形态;晋察冀首府张家口时期的城市治理模式,为中国共产党工作重心的转移提供了实践准备。During the period when it was the head prefecture of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Re- gion,Zhangjiakou was an important join point between Yan^an Spirit and Xibaipo Spirit since it not only played an important role in spreading Yan＇an Spirit around china but also provided the formation of Xibai- po Spirit with some practice in advance. The model of democratic politics and the rising of revolutionary culture were the political form and the cultural form of the spread of Yan＇an Spirit respectively at that time. The governance model of city offered practical preparations for the transfer of CPC＇s focus of work.
