摘  要:汽车覆盖件模具型面复杂、特征众多,为保证测量的效率、足够的测点密度及几何特征与模具边界的测量精度,提出采用三坐标测量机与光学扫描仪联合的方式开展汽车覆盖件模具三维测量;分析了联合测量的过程,包括模具清理、模具表面处理与建立参考点系统、测量实施、数据点预处理、数据格式转换,以及数据重定位整合等步骤。阐述了数据重定位整合过程,提出一种基于刚性变换的重定位整合方法,通过移动对齐公共参考点将两种测量数据变换至同一坐标系下,以轿车前围模具的三维测量为例,说明了联合测量技术的实施过程。As the surface of the auto panel dies is complex and full of features, the coordinate measuring machine and the optical scanner are used jointly in mould measuring to ensure the efficiency and the accuracy. The process of joint measuring includes the cleaning of mould, mould surface treatment and establishing the reference points system, implementing of measurement, pre-pro- cessing of data points, format conversion of data points, the relocation of data points and so on. A method based on rigid transfor- mation is put forward, which is used to transform two types of data points to one coordinate system. The procedure of joint measur- ing is demonstrated by the digitization of auto front longitudinal beam die.
