摘　　要：针对某高层商住楼过火区域梁、板、柱及柱帽现状质量进行了检测,依据现场检测结果,探讨了结构受损部位加固处理办法,并提出两种加固方案,经过优选,得出最适合施工现场操作的方案,为今后同类工程提供了参考。This paper detected the beams, plates, columns and column cap quality present situation according to fire area of a high-rise commercial building, in view of the detection results, discussed the reinforcement and treatment method of damaged structures, and put forward two kinds of reinforcement schemes, through the optimization selection, gained the operation scheme most suitable for construction site, provided reference for future similar engineerings.
