摘　　要：从工程竣工结算审核的重要性入手,介绍了常用的工程造价审核方法及审核依据,对工程结算中常见问题以及审核时需注意事项进行了阐述,并提出相应的措施,从而有效控制工程造价。From the importance of the settlement examination and verification of completed projects, the paper introduces the common examination methods and verification reference for engineering cost, illustrates some common problems in the engineering settlement and some precautions in the verification, and points out respective measures, so as to have the effective control over engineering cost.
