摘　　要：针对铁路项目施工总承包合同管理进行了探讨,从施工方角度说明了施工总承包合同特点,提出了加强合同管理的措施,并阐述了项目实施过程中如何对潜在的合同风险进行控制和规避,以确保施工企业取得竞争优势、实现可持续发展。The paper explores the overall contract management of railway programs, indicates the features for the overall contract from the aspect of the constructor, points out some measures to enhance the contract management, and illustrates how to control and avoid the potential contract risks in the implementation of the program, so as to ensure the construction enterprises to achieve the advantages in the competition and realize the sustainable development.
