摘  要:研究了不同铁矿粉对水分的吸收性能,通过自制吸水装置测量了各种矿石的吸水速率曲线。定义矿粉亲水性H为:吸水速度k与最大吸水百分含量的乘积,以此表征铁矿粉的吸水能力,效果较理想。通过对几种矿粉的不同粒级进行吸水实验,结果得出:>1 mm粒级的亲水性较差,随着粒度减小,亲水性变好,粒度为0.25~0.5 mm时,亲水性最好,吸水指数H呈倒"V"型分布;粒度越小,吸水性能越接近。The moisture absorption performances of different iron ore fines were studied, the water absorption rate curves of various kinds of ores were measured through the homemade suction device. It is defined that the hydrophilicity H of ore fines is the product of water absorption rate k and maximum water absorption percentage content,it is used to represent the water absorption capability of iron ore fines, and the effect is ideal. Through water absorption experiment with several kinds of ore fines of different particle size, the result is that, the hydrophilicity of 〉 1 mm size of ion ore fines is poor,and it will get better with he decrease of particle size. When the particle size is 0.25 - 0.5 mm, the hydrophilicity is the best, the absorption index H shows a "V" shape distribution;the smaller the particle size is, the more close the water absorption performance is.
