摘　　要：日钢两条60万t/a球团生产线原按焙烧磁铁矿球团设计,2008年金融危机后,为降本增效,逐步增加了巴西赤铁矿配比。由于原料类型改变,造球和焙烧系统均出现了一系列问题,通过分析原因,采取相应的改造方案,球团生产得以稳定顺行。The two 0.6 Million t/a pellet production lines of Risteel were originally designed for indurating magnetite pellet, after the financial crisis in 2008, in order to decrease cost and increase benefits, the Brazil hematite proportion was increased gradually. Due to the change of raw material type, a series of problems occurred in bailing and indurtating system, through cause analysis, corresponding reconstruction scheme was adopted, and the pellet production was in smooth operation.
