摘  要:目的观察分析透明质酸钠凝胶在妇产科腹盆腔手术后粘连预防中的临床效果。方法选取本院收治共80例接受妇产科腹盆腔手术患者,平均分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例,对照组行常规手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用透明质酸钠凝胶,在术后检查初次手术后粘连率以及重度粘连率,检测白介素-6、白介素-10、肿瘤因子-α的浓度以及血液流变学参数。结果观察组术后粘连率以及重度粘连率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α浓度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血液流变学参数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠凝胶运用于妇产科腹盆腔手术术后粘连预防中具有明显疗效,明显降低患者手术后粘连率以及相关血液流变学指标,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of sodium hyaluronate gel in the prevention of postoperative ad- hesion after gynecological and obstetric abdominal and pelvic surgery. Methods Eighty patients receiving gynecological and obstetric abdominal and pelvic surgery in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group equally, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional surgery treatment and the ob- servation group received additional sodium hyaluronate gel on the basis of the control group. The postoperative initial adhesion rate and severe adhesion rate, the interleukin-6, interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α concentrations, and the hemorheologieal parameters were examined. Results The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the postoperative initial adhesion rate and severe adhesion rate (P 〈 0.05), significantly higher in the IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α concentrations (P 〈 0.05), and significantly lower in the hemorheologieal parameters (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the prevention of postoperative adhesion after gynecological and obstetric abdominal and pelvic surgery, the sodium hyaluronate gel has obvious efficacy and can reduce the postoperative adhesion rate of patients, thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
