摘　　要：目的分析内科胸腔镜检查治疗术的护理配合要点。方法术前进行心理评估,对158例情绪焦虑紧张患者给予心理护理。手术中根据病情需要准备检查及治疗器材,协助留取标本。严密观察病情并积极处理不良反应,手术后注意固定引流管。结果所有患者均顺利完成胸腔镜检查及手术治疗,未出现明显不良反应。结论内科胸腔镜可对胸腔疾病进行检查及治疗,对患者创伤小,安全性及确诊率高。护士作好患者的心理护理、熟练掌握仪器的性能及操作规则、及时发现并处理不良反应、紧密连接胸腔闭式引流管等各个环节均是保证手术顺利完成的重要因素。Objective To analyze the key points of nursing assistance in medical thoracoscopic surgery. Methods The psychological assessment was implemented before the surgery, and 158 cases of patients with emotional anxiety and stress were provided with psychological nursing. During the surgery, based on disease conditions, equipments for examination and treatment were prepared to assist in getting specimens. Closely observed the disease conditions and actively dealt with adverse reactions. The fixation of drainage tube were necessary to pay attention after surgery. Results All the patients were successfully undergone thoracoscopy and the surgery without obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion The medical thoracoscopy at its advantages of minimal wound, safety, and high diagnostic accuracy rate are beneficial for the examination and treatment of chest diseases. All the nursing parts like providing psychological care, proficiently mastering instrument performances and operation rules, timely detecting and dealing with adverse reactions, and tightly joining the closed thoracic drainage tube, etc are the key points to ensure the successful completion of surgery.
