职业性慢性苯中毒白细胞减少症的中西医结合治疗

摘　　要：目的对比中西医结合和单纯西药利血生、谷胱甘肽治疗慢性职业性苯中毒所致白细胞减少症的疗效。方法选择本院职业性慢性苯中毒白细胞减少症患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组选用当归补血汤配合西药治疗,对照组采用利血生、谷胱甘肽治疗。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后白细胞净增长值分别为1.71±0.68和1.38±0.53,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者经中西医结合治疗后,患者症状缓解,白细胞大多数升至正常,总有效率为86.6%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归补血汤加味联合西药治疗慢性苯中毒白细胞减少症疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective To investigate the effect of compared integrative medicine treatment with Leucogen and Glu- tathione treatment for leukopenia of chronic occupational benzene poisoning. Methods Sixty cases of chronic benzene poisoning leukopenia in our hospital were selected and divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was given angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood treatment and western medicine therapy. Control group was given Leucogen and Glutathione treatment. Results The leukocyte growth in treatment group and control group were 1.71±0.68 and 1.38±0.53 respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The patient＇s symptoms were eased and white blood cell count of patients was increased to normal by integrative medicine treatment. The effective rate of integrative medicine treatment was 86.6%, it was significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment effect of angelicae sinensis decoction for supplementing blood and western medicine therapy is better than pure western medicine treatment.
