摘　　要：目的探讨分析如何减少手术室器械准备工作中的缺陷,以提高器械准备工作质量。方法对本科2011年下半年手术器械准备工作中出现的缺陷,进行整理归类,分析原因,制订综合干预措施。统计干预后手术器械准备工作中的缺陷,并与干预前的记录进行对比。结果干预后较干预前手术器械准备工作缺陷明显减少,手术医生满意度明显提高。结论规范管理、控制重点环节、加强人员培训、及时信息反馈的综合干预措施能有效减少手术器械准备工作中出现的缺陷。Objective To study how to reduce the surgical instruments preparatory work defects in the operating room, in order to improve the surgical instruments preparatory work quality. Methods Our division＇s surgical instruments preparatory work defects in second half of 2011 were classified, the reasons and developed integrated interventions were analyzed. Post-intervention defects in the surgical instruments preparatory work were added up and compared with the record before the intervention. Results The surgical instruments preparatory work defects after the interven- tion significantly reduced and the surgeon satisfaction was significantly improved. Conclusion Integrated interventions such as standardized management, controlling of the key areas, to strengthen the training of personnel, timely feedback can effectively reduce the defects in the surgical instruments preparatory work.
