摘　　要：静脉穿刺在儿科中失误率较高,容易导致护患纠纷。静脉穿刺是护士完成护理工作的前提,更是完成疾病治疗的最基本保障。它是儿科护理工作者的一项重要而且必须的操作技术之一。本文旨在总结小儿静脉穿刺失误的主要影响因素,并总结出了相应的护理对策,为提高小儿静脉穿刺的成功率提供临床参考。Venipuncture easily leads to the nurse-patient disputes for the higher failure rate in the pediatric.Venipuncture is the most basic protection for complete treatment of the disease, also is the premise for nurses completed nursing works. It is one of an important and necessary operation technique for pediatric nursing workers. This article aims to summarize the main influencing factors of mistakes of pediatric venipuncture, and summarizes the corresponding nursing countermeasures corresponding different factors, to provide clinical references in improving the success rate of pediatric venipuncture.
