浅谈建设工程成本管理与全过程工程项目集成化管理

摘　　要：本文针对现阶段工程项目管理模式现状及存在的弊端,工程建设项目集成化管理系统恰恰是能够弥补现阶段的弊端,进而,就建设工程投资成本管理进行分析,在新模式下进行有效的成本管理以减少建设方的投资建设费用及增加后期效益,并对将来此模式下工程项目建设发展新方向进行阐述。In this paper, in view of the present situation of project management mode at present and the existence of defects, construction project on the integrated management system is able to make up for the disadvantages of present stage, and, on the construction project cost management analysis, carry out effective cost management under the new model to reduce the construction investment costs and increase later benefits in the future, and project construction under the new direction for the development of this model are described.
