摘　　要：21世纪,时代环境以及社会状况的迅猛无止无休的变动,引发了大学生思想意念及价值观念的大幅度改变,传统的大学管理体制不仅再也难以实现预期的管理目标,还会直接破坏大学生正常端正的心意变更以及身心成长。而柔性的管理方式则作为人性化、体贴、温和的方法,为大学管理工作的开展提供了光明的变革道路,在当前时代,以柔性管理对大学生的管理体制进行创新变革,已经成为一种必然。本文通过对柔性管理相关的理论进行分析,着重探讨了在柔性化的管理方式指引下创新管理体制的具体措施。In 21st century, the change of environmental and social conditions triggered a large change in the students＇ ideas and concepts and values. The traditional university management system not only is difficult to achieve the desired objectives, also will cause direct damage to idea of college students, as well as the mental and physical growth. Flexible way to manage as a humane, thoughtful and moderate way provides a bright road of change in the current era for university Management. At present, flexible management reform on university student has become a necessity. Through the analysis of flexible management theory, this article focused on the specific measures on innovating management system under the guidance of flexible management style.
