摘　　要：近年来,建设社会主义新农村一直是中国各项工作的重中之重,是全社会关注的热点,尤其是十二五规划后,中央政府纷纷出台一些建设新农村的政策和方案,各地政府也逐步把建设新型农村社区提上工作日程。新型农村社区建设是新农村建设的关键一步,是实现新农村建设目标的必然选择,也是各地政府具体实施新农村建设的着眼点。发轫于20世纪80年代的社会资本理论作为一种走向善治的理论研究范式,对研究和推进新农村建设有着积极的借鉴意义。In recent years, building a socialist new countryside has always been the most important task. In particular, since the Twelfth Five Years Plan, the central government has introduced a number of policies for building a new countryside. Local governments gradually put the construction of new rural communities on their agenda. The construction of new rural communities, a key step in building a new rural area, is not only an inevitable choice to realize the construction of new countryside, but also the focus of local governments to implement the policy of constructing a new countryside. Social capital theory, proposed in 1980s and as a theoretical research paradigm pursuing for good governance, has served as a good reference in advancing the new rural construction.
