摘　　要：电子商务的飞速发展使得物流服务显得愈来愈重要,自建物流中心可以保证物流服务的质量,而物流中心也是整个物流配送环节中最重要的基础设施,物流中心的选址几乎决定了配送业务所需的成本和费用。科学的选址不但能为企业节省运营所需的各项费用,而且可以提高整个物流配送体系的效率。本文探讨了电子商务企业自建物流中心时,如何选址使得企业能够取得最大收益,建立相关的运筹模型,给出了一个算例,并用优化软件给与求解。The rapid development of e-commerce makes the logistics services more and more importance, and if the logistics center belongs to the company, it will be sure the service quality. Also the distribution center is the most important infrastructure in the entire logistics system, almost any logistics activities rely on location of the distribution center. Scientific location will not only save the operation cost for the company, but also impact the efficiency and development of the entire logistics system.This paper introduces the e-commerce company how to choose the right location, can obtain the maximum benefit under the condition of self-built logistics center. Based on the problem builds the model, and gives an example, uses the optimal soft to solve it.
