摘　　要：随着国家经济实力的不断增强改革开放的不断深入,建筑业也迎来了前所未有的发展期,工程项目的建设日益迅猛,审计与审价问题也日益突出,解决好该问题尤其重要而紧迫,本人结合自己的实践经验,对审计与审价问题谈谈自己的看法。Along with the enhancement national economic strength and the deepening of reform and opening up, construction industry also ushered in an unprecedented period of development, the construction of the project is growing rapidly, audit and pricing has become more obvious and to solve the problems is especially important and urgent. the author, and talks about own views on the problems of audit and pricing, combining with own experience.
