摘　　要：文章对国内外工业工程专业的培养方案和特色进行了分析比较,结合独立学院的办学特点,指出现有培养体系中存在的问题,基于市场需求,提出了独立学院工业工程专业特色培育的思路和建议。In the paper, the undergraduate education programs and characteristics of industrial engineering（ie） of some domestic and oversea universities are analyzed, combined with the school-running characteristics of independent college, the problems of system are pointed out. Furthermore, based on marker demand, the suggestions concerning ie specialty characteristics of independent college are proposed.
