清风藤微量生物碱的研究

摘　　要：自青风藤Sinomenium acutum(Thunb.)Rehd.et Wils.首次分离得到8,14-二氢萨鲁塔里定碱8,14-Dihydrosalutaridine,千金藤宁Stepharanine,蝙蝠葛宁Bianfugenine和一种新生物碱,命名为青风藤定碱Sinomendine。Four minor alkaloids were isolated from the rhizoma of Sinomenium acutum (Thunb.) Rehd. etWils. Three of them were identified as 8,14-dihydrosalutaridine. Stepharanine and Bianfugenine. Theyare first report of this plant. The fourth is a new alkaloid, named Sinomendine. Its structure,C_(20)H_(19)NO_4, has been elucidated to be 3,8,9,-trimethoxy-7-hydroxy-7-methl aporphine on the basis ofspectral data.
