北京城镇居民对转基因农产品的认知状态分析

摘　　要：随着生物技术的发展,越来越多的转基因农产品进入到人类食物链中,与此同时,国际上对转基因农产品安全性问题的争论也随着转基因技术的发展愈演愈烈。通过问卷调查的方式对北京城镇居民关于转基因农产品的认知态度和购买意愿进行了调查,找出影响其对转基因农产品认知的因素,并提出改善对转基因农产品错误认知的对策,最后对转基因技术及转基因农产品的发展方向和市场前景进行了展望。With the development of biotechnology, a growing number of genetically modified agricultural products entered the human food chain, and at the same time, with the development of transgenic technology, the international debate intensified over the safety of genetically modified agricultural products Through questionnaire, this article investigated the cognitive attitudes and purchase intention of genetically modified agricultural products of Beijing urban residents. Influencing factors of genetically modified agricultural products cognitive were found, countermeasures of how to improve the erroneous perception on genetically modified agricultural products were proposed. Eventually, we predicted the development direct and market prospects of transgenic technology and genetically modified agricultural products.
