摘 要:某铅锌矿过去依靠遗留民窿和主要开拓井巷以自然通风和局部机械通风的方式进行生产,在该矿生产开拓集中的1580m及以下中段存在风流混乱、污风串联、工作面风量不足甚至无风可用等问题。随着开采向深部和西部推进,这些问题越发严重。为此,结合井下实际,提出了深部通风系统优化方案,实施后,该区域内各主要有害气体浓度均下降50%左右,粉尘浓度下降65.6%,漏风率仅为原来的1/3,作业环境得到明显改善。In the past, natural ventilation and local mechanical ventilation by private mined-out areas and development shaft and roadway were used in a lead-zinc mine. The production and development concentrate in 1580 m level and below 1580 m, in where some problems occur such as airflow disorder, polluted air serialization, insufficient wind even no wind in working faces. With the advance of mining to the depth and west, these problems become more obvious. Therefor, com- bing with the actual situation of the underground, a prioriti- zation scheme of deep ventilation system was put forward. After the implementation of the prioritization project, theconcentration of the main harmful gases has been decreased by 50% about, the dust has been reduced by 65.6%, and the air leakage rate is a third of what it had been, as a re- sult, the underground working environment has been obvi- ously improved in this mine.
