摘  要:"十一五"期间,针对太湖水源高藻、高有机物、高氨氮、高臭味和藻毒素等污染特征,开展高效生物预处理、高效化学预处理及强化常规处理和深度处理以及超滤膜把关处理工艺等关键技术研究,并辅以安全消毒技术研究。通过技术研发、技术集成和综合示范,形成预处理耦合技术→强化常规处理→臭氧—生物活性炭深度处理→超滤膜联用的多级屏障处理工艺流程,依托于无锡自来水公司完成的中桥水厂高藻和高有机物原水膜深度处理集成技术工程示范,形成针对高藻型湖泊原水用水安全的技术保障体系,示范工程饮用水水质达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006),工艺流程受到长三角地区普遍的认可,正在大规模地推广应用。During the"Eleventh Five-Year Plan", aiming at the heavy pollution of algae, organ- ic, ammonia nitrogen, odor and algae toxin in the raw water of Taihu, the key removal technology of high efficient biological pre-treatment, chemical pre-treatment, enhanced conventional process, advanced combined process and ultrafitration process were carried out, and supplemented safe disinfection technology study. Through technology research and development, integration and comprehensive demonstration, combination pre-treatment-enhanced conventional treatment-ozone-biological activated carbon-ultrafiltration membrane multi-guarantee treatment process was completed. In Zhongqiao Water Treatment Plant, advanced ultrafiltration integrated technology in treating algae and oganic-rich raw water supported by Wuxi water supply general company was built, which form drinking water quality security ensuring complete system in treating algae-rich raw water from lake reservoir. Demonstrating project effluent quality could meet the requirements of Standards for drinking water quality (GB 5749--2006),which has been generally approved, and being large- scale applieated in Yangtze River delta region.
