摘　　要：根据相关资料,分析了近年来我国城市和县城排水以及污水处理概况、各区域经济带城镇污水处理厂建设及运行情况、我国城镇污水处理规模总体情况、设计处理能力分布情况、不同规模污水处理厂采用工艺及运行等情况,对目前我国城镇污水处理厂在建设运行中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出建议,可为今后中小城镇甚至村镇污水处理厂的建设运行起指导作用。According to some information and data, the overview of municipal drainage and wastewater treatment in recent ten years was introduced, and the overall construction and operation conditions of wastewater treatment plant （WWTPs） in different regional economic zone were also introduced in this paper. The overall situation of the urban sewage treatment capacity in our country, the distribution of design treatment capacity, and the adopted treatment processes and operation conditions of WWTPs were analyzed. The problems existing in WWTPs construction and operation were discussed. Finally, some recommendations were given, which may provide guidance for the construction of WWTPs in medium-small towns even in villages.
