摘　　要：东京市区的第一个改造计划颁布于日本明治时期。但是,在该改造计划的实施过程中,由于经费等因素的制约,该计划主要侧重于上水道的修建、道路的改造与兴建、下水道的建设等。尽管该计划存在某些不完善的地方,但其对日本后来的城市规划仍然产生了深远的影响。The first urban planning of Tokyo was enacted in Meiji period, But during its implementation, because the constraints of funds and other factors the plan was confined only in the construction of tap water pipeline and roads and sewers etc mainly. Although the planning had some defects its impact is far -reaching on the urban planning of Japan later.
