摘　　要：指出了我国海洋环境污染愈演愈烈,一直得不到妥善解决,一个重要原因就是我国海洋环境污染公益诉讼制度缺失。在介绍国内外海洋环境污染公益诉讼制度的基础上,分析了构建我国海洋环境污染公益诉讼制度的必要性与可行性,提出了构建我国海洋环境污染公益诉讼的具体措施。The marine environmental pollution in China have become more and more serious,and often can not be properly solved,which an important reason is that China lacks public interest litigation of marine environment pollution.In thisarticle,based on the introduction of the public interest litigation system of the marine environment pollution both at home and abroad,this article analyses the necessity and feasibility of establishing this system in China and also puts forward the corresponding specific measures.
