摘  要:针对焊缝不同类型缺陷和相关结构漏磁场空间分布特性复杂等问题,以单面焊对接焊缝焊道表面的两类典型缺陷:面积型缺陷(代表矩形槽)和体积型缺陷(代表圆柱体)为研究对象,采用数值分析与试验研究相结合的方法,设计并实现一种磁化方向与行进方向垂直的新型磁化系统。利用该系统对焊道表面缺陷进行了连续非接触漏磁扫描,评述了焊道表面分布上述两类缺陷漏磁场大小、分布等特征,给出了漏磁信号随行进距离、通道数等参数变化的关系曲线,获取了两类缺陷基于最小二乘法原理的拟合曲线及多项式回归方程。结果表明,数值模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,两者原始数据相关系数:矩形槽Rr=0.87;圆柱体Rc=0.99,结果验证了文中所提出的检测系统的可行性与有效性。Aiming to solve the problems about defect identification and complex leakage magnetic field (LMF) space distribution when studying the weld defects with magnetic leakage testing method. It takes two typical surface defects in the one- sided welding butt weld as the research object,one representative of the rectangular slot for the volume defects and the other representative of the cylinder for the area de- fects. Then, combining the numerical analysis and experimental research method, a new magnetization sys- tem is designed and implemented whose magnetization direction is perpendicular to marching direction. Also, a new continuous non - contact scanning method is used in the weld defects, afterwards, it reviews the characteristics such as size and distribution of LMF of the above - mentioned two kinds of state. Then, the magnetic 1 curve by least eakage signal curves with marching distance, channel number are obtained. And the fitting squares method and polynomial regression equation for two kind defects are obtained. The outcomes indicate that the and their correlation thermore, the results al simulation results and experimental resuhs coefficient of the original data : rectangular slot Rr = 0.87 ; c match vlinder verify the feasibility and the validity for the suggested detecti.n system I1 other well =0.99, fur-thermore,the results verify the feasibility and the validity for the suggested detecti.n system.
