摘 要:以聚乙烯管道热熔接头为检测对象,使用微波扫描的方法检测热熔接头中不同类型的缺陷。首先对无缺陷的热熔接头进行微波扫描检测,得到的扫描图像作为参考图像。然后对含有裂纹、冷焊等不同缺陷的聚乙烯管道热熔接头进行微波扫描检测,得到具有不同特征的扫描图像。对这些扫描图像进行分析可以判别缺陷的类型。最后,利用拉伸力学测试的结果,初步验证了微波扫描方法对聚乙烯管道热熔接头缺陷检测的有效性。The method of microwave scanning was employed to detect different types of defects existing in the thermo - fusion joints of polyethylene (PE) piping. Firstly the thermo - fusion joints without defects were inspected by microwave scanning, and the scanning images obtained were taken as the references. Then the thermo - fusion joints containing different defects including cracks, cold weld, etc. , were inspec- ted and the resultant scanning images corresponding to different defects were obtained. The types of the defects can be distinguished by analyzing the scanning images. At last, tensile tests for the thermo -fusion joints were performed to confirm the effectiveness of microwave scanning in detecting the defects in the thermo - fusion joints of PE piping.
