摘　　要：分别制作Excel"稿费审批表"和Word"汇款单"表格,利用Word"工具"栏里的"邮件合并"功能,基本可以实现电脑打印邮局汇款单。稿费发放事务得到高效处理,例证了应用电脑自带的批量处理技术,能轻松地高效处理邮寄样刊、用稿通知、稿费、明信片等繁琐的编务工作。A postal order can be made and printed on computer by creating ＂an approval form of contribution fees＂ and a form of ＂postal order＂ separately, and then using the ＂mail merge＂ in the ＂tools＂ column of Office Word. The contribution fees would be given out efficiently, which illustrate that the application of batch processing on computer can easily make postal sample magazines, notice of used contribution, contribution fees, postcards and other such complex editing affairs.
