摘  要:戛洒江一级水电站是红河(元江)干流梯级综合规划十二级开发方案中的“龙头“水库,该工程是以发电为主,兼顾防洪、灌溉等综合利用功能。导流隧洞由“龙抬头结构”而改建成的泄水隧洞,其最大水头为157m,最大流速为41.8m/s,属高水头大流量泄洪建筑物。本文简要介绍戛洒江一级水电站导流洞改建为泄洪、放空、冲沙洞的研究方案,以及试验验证和综合评价。它对相似工程有一定的借鉴参考作用。Gasajiang First Stage Hydropower Station is the leading reservoir in the twelfth-stage development program for comprehensive planning of cascade in the trunk stream of Red River (Yuanjiang River). This project functions as power generation as well as flood control and irrigation and other comprehensive utilisation. The diversion tunnel is a water discharge tunnel reconstructed from a structure with "dragon raising its head", with a maximum water head of 137m and maximum flow velocity of 41.8m/s, and it belongs to the flood discharge structure with high water head and high flow rate. This article briefly introduces the research program on reconstructing the diversion tunnel of Gasajiang First Stage Hydropower Station into the tunnel for flood discharge, emptying and sand sluicing as well as experimental verification and comprehensive evaluation. It provides certain references for similar projects.
