摘 要:小湾水电站工程缆机群是目前世界上台数最多、技术最为先进的缆机群。该缆机群多项技术指标位列世界前列,其中以最大台吨位、最大跨距和最大扬程最为突出,加之高速、高效运行以及高低缆分布等特点对电站主体工程快速施工,按期投产创造了有利条件,当然也会给缆机运行、维护工作带来较大的难度和风险。本文对缆机运行的潜在风险进行分析和预测,有助于及早防范和规避风险,从而提高管理水平和有效控制风险因素,确保缆机高效安全的运行。The cable crane group for the Xiaowan Hydropower Station project is one with the most cranes and most advanced techniques in the world. Various technical indexes for the crane group are ranked top in the world, but the most outstanding indexes are its maximum tonnage/set, maximum span and maximum total head. And its characteristics such as high speed, efficient operation and high-low cable distribution create favorable conditions for the high-speed construction and scheduled operation of the main construction of the hydropower station and also bring big difficulty and risk for the operation and maintenance work of cable cranes. In this paper, the potential risks during the operation of the cable cranes are analyzed and forecasted, which is beneficial to the early prevention and risk avoidance so as to improve the management level, control the risk factors effectively and ensure the high-efficiency and safe operation of the cable cranes.
