摘　　要：本文通过引用内部控制管理思想，试探性的运用于复杂水利水电行业中进行工程投资管理，并对水利水电工程投资管理内部控制要素进行分析；针对本行业特点，提出内部控制的重点，探索一条有效的投资控制管理路子。This paper will tentatively apply the management thought of internal control into the complex hydroelectric industry for the investment and management of the project and analyze the key elements of the internal control of hydroelectric investment and management; in addition, aiming at the features of this industry, this paper will also propose the points of internal control and seek for an effective road for investment and management.
