过氧苯甲酰凝胶与霜剂的稳定性实验观察

摘  要:用恒温加速试验考察了过氧苯甲酰凝胶与霜剂的化学稳定性。测得两种制剂中过氧苯甲酰分解反应的速度常数,表明凝胶比霜剂稳定。同时进行了低温考察,37℃放置1~3个月,分期取样检验,也证实了凝胶剂的稳定性。结果提示,凝胶剂适于药厂商品化生产。The present paper explores the stability of BZP gel and cream at various temperatures. It was ex-amined with the classical isothermal method. According to Arrhenius rule, the reaction rate constant of BZP gel was k_(37℃)=9.5×10^(-6)hr^(-1), BZPcream was k_(37℃)=5.2×10^(-4)hr^(-1). The shelf life was calculated in t_(0.9) at 37℃ BZP gel was about 1.2years, BZP cream was about 8.3 days. The samples of BZP gel and cream for observation at 37℃ was about 1-3 months. These results show that the BZP gel is more stable than BZP cream, so the BZP gel is suitable forindustrial preparation.
