摘  要:针对大型结构测试点分散、通道数量多且各路信号差异大的特点,提出网络型并行测试方法解决多终端实时同步及流水线优化处理问题,研制的并行测试系统包括分布式测试终端和系统测试软件,终端由∑-ΔADC DAC浮点DSP组成,具有8通道可级联扩展模块。测试软件实现本地的FFTZoom-FFT PSD CSD等信号处理功能,本地的正弦、瞬态扫频、随机、冲击响应谱等信号合成功能,远程的软件除实现终端信号处理外还有MIMO Wavelet等功能。给出了并行MIMO方法的理论和算法实现,实验验证表明,系统稳定、具有24位分辨率、>109dB动态范围,可用于振动、冲击、噪声工程等并行测试。To meet large structure testing requirements of discrete points, much more channels and much large signal difference, this paper proposes a parallel test networks dealing with the problems of real-time synchronous in multi-terminal and resource optimization in pipelined processing. The development in parallel system includes distributed test terminal and system testing software. The terminal consists of ∑-AADC DAC and DSP with 8 channels basicmodule with extended interface. Testing software realizes the local signal processing functions of FFY, Zoom-FFY and PSD, the local signal synthesis functions of sinusoidal, transient frequency sweep, random and shock responsespectrum, and the remote complex signal processing functions MIMO, Wavelet and above local processing functions. This paper also proposes a parallel MIMO processing theory and its algorithm. Testing shows that the systemhas greater stability with 24 resolution, 〉 109dB dynamic range, 〈0.12 standard channel difference. The system can be used for parallel test and analysis in the fields of vibration, shock and noise engineering.
