摘 要:森林凋落物分解是森林生态系统物质循环和能量流动的重要环节,凋落物通过分解向土壤释放有机物和养分元素,对林地肥力的维持具有重要意义。凋落物分解受到一系列物理和化学因素的影响,主要包括气候、凋落物自身性质和土壤生物等。凋落物和土壤中的酶是凋落物分解过程的重要参与者,其在森林生态系统物质循环和能量流动过程中扮演着重要角色。文中评述了酶的种类和酶活性与凋落物分解的关系及凋落物层次、多样性和分解产物与酶的关系,简要概述了酶活性的测定方法,为深入研究凋落物分解机理及其在森林可持续经营中的作用提供参考。Litter decomposition is an important process of material circulation and energy flow in forest ecosystem. It releases organic matters and nutrient elements into the soil, and plays a significant role in maintaining the land fertility in forest. Litter decomposition is affected by a series of physical and chemical factors, including climate, litter properties, soil organisms and the others. Enzyme in litter and soil is an important participant in the process of litter decomposition. This paper reviewed the relationships between enzyme types, enzyme activities and litter decomposition, and the relationships between litter'layers, diversities, decomposition products and enzymes. The paper also summarized the determination method of enzyme activities. It was expected to provide a reference for the research on the mechanism of litter decomposition and its role in sustainable forest management.
