循证护理在联合断流术治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的尝试以循证医学模式指导门静脉高压症联合断流术患者围术期护理工作,提高专科护理工作科学性。方法选择2008年12月至2009年12月在本院接受联合断流术治疗的34例肝硬化门静脉高压症患者,按照循证医学理念,选择有针对性的护理指标,加强围术期护理,评定护理工作效果。结果 34例患者术后均顺利恢复,未出现护理差错和护理并发症。结论循证医学理念能够科学指导门静脉高压症联合断流术患者围术期护理工作,有益于提高专科护理效率和护理质量,值得在今后工作中进一步研究。Objective To attempt the evidence-based medicine to direct before and after operation nursing care for variceal hemorrhage patients treated with esophageal transection and devascularization.Methods Total of 34 cases of variceal hemorrhage treated with esophageal transection and devascularization from 2008 to 2009 who accepted professional nursing care according to evidence-based medicine rule were enrolled,and the nursing service effects were analyzed.Results Total of 34 cases were all smoothly recovered in post operation time and there were no nursing error nor nursing complications.Conclusions Evidence-based medicine applying to direct before and after operation nursing care for variceal hemorrhage patients treated with esophageal transection and devascularization could enchance the professional nursing care eff iciencies and qualities.
