香港游艇旅游产业链的发展及对海南的启示

摘　　要：从产业链的概念出发,结合旅游业和传统游艇业的自身特点,对游艇旅游产业链的定义进行重新认识。以游艇俱乐部这一游艇旅游活动中的核心企业为切入点,对香港游艇旅游产业链的构成进行探讨,并借助钻石模型对其整体竞争力做分析。最后,对比海南的实际情况,提出香港对其发展游艇经济的几点启示。结果表明,香港游艇旅游产业是集聚于链状结构基础上的延伸和扩展,属于需求导向的多中心依存型系统,发散性强、覆盖面广,但纵向层级简单。香港游艇经济具有较强的竞争优势,其成功经验对于海南等地区有一定的借鉴意义。The study firstly proceeds from the concept of industry chain, considering the own characteristics of both tourism and yacht industry, and makes a reorienting of the idea of yacht tourism industry chain（YTIC）. Focusing on the microcosmic angle, taking yacht club which is the core enterprise during yacht activities as an entry point, the study has a discussion about the struc- ture of HK yacht tourism industry chain. Meanwhile, it makes an evaluation of the whole competitiveness about HK YTIC. At last, compared with the actual situation of Hainan, the article gives out some ideas for the latter. The results show that the HK yacht tourism industry itself concentrates on the basis of a chain-like structure, belonging to a needs-led multicenter dependent system, providing wide coverage, but its vertical level is simple. Hong Kong yacht economy has a more competitive advantage, its successful development experience has some reference for many regions including Hainan, concretely speaking, the member system construction of yacht club and yacht dock planning has some more jobs to do.
