摘 要:采用固相反应法制备了(1–x)BiFeO3-xBaTiO3多晶陶瓷样品,研究了BaTiO3添加对BiFeO3陶瓷结构、电学性能的影响。结果表明:当x由0增加到0.4时,样品的相结构由三方钙钛矿结构逐渐转变为立方结构,杂相有效消除;漏电流密度从1.1×10–5A.cm–2下降至1.1×10–7A.cm–2,相对介电常数提高了2.6倍,剩余极化强度增加了近20倍。(1-x)BiFeO3-xBaTiO3(x=0-0.40) ceramics were synthesized by solid state reaction method. The effects of BaTiO3 addition on the microstructure and electrical properties of the BiFeO3 ceramics were investigated. The results show that when x increases from 0 to 0.40, the structure of BiFeO3 is changed from rhombohedral to cubic symmetry and the impurity phases are eliminated, while the leakage current density is decreased from 1.1×10^-5A·cm^-2 to1.1×10^-7A·cm^-2. The dielectric constant and remnant polarization for the x=0.40 sample are about 2.6 and 20 times higher than that for unsubstituted BiFeO3, respectively.
