农业规模经营下农业高职学生的技能分析

摘　　要：发展规模经营已成为我国农业的发展趋势，而人力资源是发展规模经营的制约因素。农业高等职业教育的目标是培养合格的农业、农村人才。通过对学生种植技能、土地经营技能、农产品经营技能以及农业信息化技能的培养，形成一支会管理，懂经营的农业、农村复合型人人队伍，将有力地推动我国的农业现代化发展。Scale development has become the development trend of Chinese agriculture, and human re- sources are one of the main factors restricting the development. The goal of the agricultural vocational ed- ucation is to train qualified agriculture, rural people. The students＇ Planted skills, land management skills, agricultural skills, and the development of agricultural information management, the formation of administration, understanding of the business agriculture, rural compound all teams, will greatly promote the development of Chinese agricultural modernization.
