桉柠蒎辅助治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察桉柠蒎辅助治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法采用回顾性队列研究，共有233例65岁以上老年社区获得性肺炎患者纳入研究，分为桉柠蒎组101例，对照组132例。比较两组的临床症状及住院时间。结果桉柠蒎组在治疗第5天的临床症状改善情况优于对照组（U=2．37，P〈0．05），且平均住院时间较对照组短（U=3．06，P〈0．05）。结论治疗老年社区获得性肺炎患者，联合使用桉柠蒎能迅速改善临床症状，缩短住院时间。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft cap- sules on elder community acguired pneumonin （CAP） patients. Methods Use the retrospective cohort study meth- ods ,233 patients, above 65 year old ,were breught into the study, 101 patients were in the eucalyptol limonene and pi- nene enteric soft capsules group and 132 patients were in the control group. The clinical symptoms and length of stay in hospital were recorded. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms on the fifth day of the eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules group was better than that of control group （ U = 2.37, P 〈 0.05）. And the length of stay in hospital of the eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules group was shorter（ U = 3.06 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Eucalyptol limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules can quickly improve the elder CAP patients clini- cal symptoms and shorten the length of stay in hospital.
