摘　　要：最早的中国大学学报出现在100多年前,是中国大学制度的见证者以及现代中国学术的重要载体。但在大学教育与学术研究日益繁荣的今天,由于结构、布局的先天缺陷以及路径依赖,中国大学学报正面临日益被边缘化甚至唾弃化的命运。路径依赖可以滞缓制度变迁,但不可阻挡制度变迁。目前,由政府主导的针对中国大学学报的强制性制度变迁以及由学报界自发形成的诱致性制度变迁,共同奏响了中国大学学报改革的乐章。其中,由17家教育部名刊发起创办的中国高校系列专业期刊,正日益显现出作为变革中国大学学报命运的最优路径选择。The earliest university journal,published more than 100 years ago,witnessed the vicissitudes of China’s institutions of higher education and performed as a carrier of China modern academic.On the one hand,it is deplorable that,due to such intrinsic defects as in the structure of journals,unreasonable scatteration of publishers and path dependence in practice,university journals in China are becoming increasingly marginalized and even cast aside today,as is ironically against the prosperous university education and flourishing academic researches.Path dependence may slow down but can never hold back institutional changes.On the other hand,it is happily exciting that a reform is on its way when there is both an induced institutional change initiated by the community of university-journal runners,and an imperative one required by the government.Consequently,a best path choice is demonstrating itself as being beneficial to the future of China university journals: the university-journal series in China sponsored by 17 prestigious university-journal runners affiliated to the Ministry of Education.
