论社会稳定视野下的“无直接利益冲突”

摘　　要："无直接利益冲突"是新时期我国一些地方出现的一种新的社会矛盾表现形式,这种社会矛盾的具体表现是:一个偶然性的突发事件发生后,众多与冲突事件无关,且无自己的直接利益诉求的人以围观、起哄等形式对弱者进行声援,其目的并不是为了谋取某种利益,而是借机会来发泄自己心中淤积的不满情绪。"无直接利益冲突"看似偶然,实属必然,冲突背后往往蕴含着深刻的社会根源。客观对待、理性处置、积极预防"无直接利益冲突",有利于化解社会矛盾,维护社会稳定,加快社会主义和谐社会的构建,从而实现"五位一体"的建设目标。＂Conflict of non-direct interest＂is a new manifestation of social conflicts in some places of China in the new period. The concrete manifestation of this social contradiction is： when an accidental incident occurred, many people who has nothing to do with the conflict and no direct interest demands, solidarity with the weak from of crowd and booing. The purpose of these people is not to seek an interest, but to take this opportunity to vent their siltation of discontent. ＂Conflict of non-direct interest ＂seem to he involuntarily, but inevitably. Some deep social roots are often contained behind the conflict. The objective treatment, rational disposal and active prevention of ＂conflict of non-direct interest＂, is conducive to resolve the social conflicts, maintain the social stability, and speed up the construction of harmonious socialist society, and to achieve the construction goal of the ＂ five in one ＂.
