还原型谷胱甘肽对慢性血吸虫肝病合并肺结核患者护肝作用的观察

摘　　要：目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽对慢性血吸虫肝病合并肺结核患者抗结核治疗肝损害的预防作用。方法将124例慢性血吸虫肝病合并肺结核按2HREZ／4HR短期强化抗结核方案服用抗结核药治疗的患者分成3组，其中治疗I组43例抗结核同时予还原型谷胱甘肽1．2g加入5％葡萄糖液中静脉滴注，1次／d；治疗11组39例抗结核同时予多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液10mI加入5％葡萄糖液中静脉滴注，1次／d；对照组42例予单纯抗结核治疗。观察并比较3组患者的肝损害情况。结果治疗I组肝损害发生率16．3％，治疗11组肝损害发生率30．8％，对照组肝损害发生率54．8％，治疗组与对照组间肝损害发生率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论还原型谷胱甘肽对慢性血吸虫肝病合并肺结核患者服用抗结核药所致的肝损害有较好的预防作用。Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of reduced glutathione on liver function in patients with combined chronic schistosomiasis liver disease and lung tuberculosis receiving anti-TB treatment. Methods One hundred and twenty four patients with combined chronic schistosomiasis liver disease and lung tuberculosis received 2HREZ/4HR anti-TB treatment. The patients were divided into three groups： 43 patients received intravenous drip of 1.2g reduced glutathione in 5% glucose so- lution, 1/d （T1 group）, 39 patients received intravenous drip of 10ml polyene phosphatidyl choline in 5% glucose solution, 1/d （T2 group） and in control group 42 patients received no other drugs. The degrees of liver damage were compared among 3 groups. Results The rates of liver damage of T1, T2 and control group were16.3%, 30.8% and 54.8% respectively, the differences be- tween control group and 2 treatment groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Reduced glutathione has effective preventive effect on liver function in patients with combined chronic schistosomiasis liver disease and lung tuberculosis receiving anti-TB treatment.
