摘 要:本试验分别采用国标法86版、国标法06版和快速法测定了7种饲料20个饲料样品的水分,以探讨能准确且快速检测饲料水分的有效方法。结果表明:国标法86版与国标法06版的测定结果一致;快速法测定的水分值平均比国标法的高0.29个百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01);快速法测定结果与国标法86版(r=0.9982)和国标法06版(r=0.9992)有极显著相关(P<0.01);国标法对快速法的回归方程分别为:y(国标法86版)=1.0093x(快速法)-0.3998(R2=0.9955),y(国标法06版)=1.0234x(快速法)-0.5681(R2=0.9982)。结果证明:快速法能快速测定饲料水分,通过回归方程可以准确地求出国标法所测的饲料水分含量。The object of this study was to find an effective method for accurately anti rapidly determining feed moisture content. The moisture content of 20 feed samples from 7 sources were detected by GB/T 6435-1986, GB/T 6435-2006 and rapid method respectively. The results showed that there were no significant difference between GB/T 6435-1986 and GB/T 6435-2006. The average moisture content tested by rapid method was higher 0.29 percentage points than that of GB/T 6435-1986 and GB/T 6435- 2006 (P〈0.01), there were significant correlations among the three methods. And the regression equations as follows y .( GB86 )= 1.009 3 x ( rapid method ) -0.399 8 ( R2=0.9955 ) ; y ( GB06 )= 1.023 4x ( rapid method ) -0.568 1 (R2=0.9982). According to the regression equations, the rapid method could measure the feed moisture rapidly and accurately.
