摘　　要：介绍了包钢新建的Φ460mm三辊连轧管机组的产品规格、工艺流程及其设备配置方面的特点:在线设置了液压夹钳式管坯热定心机,脱管与定(减)径间采用定位块式升降辊道,在芯棒循环区增加芯棒检查台,以及采用溴化锂余热利用装置等。上述技术改进在三辊连轧管机组的产品质量提高、设备故障率降低,节省企业投资,减少环境污染等方面成效显著。Described here in the assay are the features of the newly-built qb460 mm PQF of Baogang, involving the product mix, the manufacturing flow and equipment configuration, etc. The PQF line features the on line hydraulically-operated tongs type billet hot-centering machine, the positioning block-type lifting roller table between the extracting mill and the sizing （reducing） mill, the mandrel inspection table added to the mandrel circulation area, and employment of the lithium bromide residual heat-utilizing system, etc. Thanks to the above mentioned technological modifications, marked effects are made in terms of seamless pipe quality improvement, equipment failure rate reduction, saving of investment by the company, and environment pollution level lowering, etc.
