摘　　要：随着越来越严格的国际海洋环保法规的制定并逐渐实施,国际标准化组织(ISO)针对排放法规、船东的需求和发动机技术要求,将船用馏分油和残渣油的国际标准进行数次修改和完善。船用燃料的要求变化对船用润滑油提出了更高的要求。例如:满足低硫燃料使用需要的低碱值船用油以及满足燃料质量变化需要的高性能船用油产品。As the result of drawing up and implementing of the stricter international maritime legislations, the international standard organization （ISO） had revised and improved the standards of marine residues and distillate fuels several times in order to match the demands of environmental protection, ship owners and the techniques of marine diesel engines. And the change of marine fuels standard leads to higher performances for marine lubricants. For example, low BN marine lubricants have already been used when operating low sulfur marine fuels, higher performance lubricants should be applied in order to deal with the quality degradation of marine fuel oils.
